Our client due to continous growth now have a requiremnt for a 3 month contract for a Quality Manager. Reporting to the Head of Quality and General Manager the main duties and responsibilities will be the following. Ensuring technical and customer requirements/standards are met with regard to existing products, new products and first productions. Ensure compliance with BRC and customer specific standards is met at all times. Working with the Production Team to establish and maintain procedures, standards & system procedures. Completion of regular KPI reports for the management team as well as customers as required. Conducting internal audits, including auditing products to ensure adherence to specification. To manage the customer technical requirements on specifications, reviews, visits and queries in key accounts. Supporting the Procurement ambition in the Budget through continuous evaluation of our Raw materials and Suppliers. To be part of all New Product Introductions in terms of technical quality. To manage on site site pest control and on site calibrations. To manage and keep up to date on all Food Law and legislation. To manage Recipe Control and the Quality Team. To lead all Customer Audits and the annual BRC and any other duties that are required.
