Under new European Data Protection Regulations GDPR, which came into effect on the 25th of May 2018, Advance Recruitment need your consent to be able to stay in contact and store personal information from you.Advance Recruitment is a recruitment business which fully respects your rights to privacy. We are directed to individuals who wish to use our services in seeking employment whether permanent or on a temporary contract basis.
The Privacy Statement sets out how we as a recruitment business uses and stores your information. We only do this when you forward your CV and with your consent to use this information. The personal information usually includes your name, address, email, DOB , phone numbers, qualification references and details of your work history and financial information.
For many candidates this will involve giving your personal details by CV. The personal data that Advance Recruitment holds will only ever be sent onto a client with the candidates permission. If you are interested in a position you will be screened and contacted and permission sought to forward your details to the hiring client. All applicants are treated in strictest confidence. All emails and phone calls will be recorded on the your file.
We will only retain your information for as long as necessary subject to legal requirements. We intend to hold your personal data for 5 years unless you inform us you no longer wish to have your data stored by us.
